I bought a keg for a friend for his birthday. Literally no mention anywhere on the website that you need to spend £450 on a machine to open it ??

The worst customer service ever.
Do not be fooled if your machine develops a fault (which it will ) customer service will drive you insane with responses.
My machine was eventually picked up 12th July and that’s the last I have heard.
Hope they lose it and refund .

Beers are great however delivery was not made on the requested date. Parcel was left with an elderly lady who could not move parcel.

At first I enjoyed the service from Beerwulf, with my Sub Kegs (Xmas gift), so much so that I took out a bi-monthly subscription, worth £69 each time. I soon realised that I was drinking too much and decided to quit drinking. I tried to cancel my subscription, with no joy, so I wrote them directly, asking to cancel my subscription, explaining that my health was suffering, so I was no longer drinking their products. They responded by telling me I was legally bound to fulfil a 12 month contract... So I have a stack of boxes, full of beer kegs, all going off, costing me £69 every 2 months. What an utter waste of my cash and an unsatisfactory response from Beerwulf!
Anyone want to buy 24 Sub kegs of Moretti??

Excellent all round

I found Wolfe very helpful and efficient delivery, I'm very impressed. After buying the Heineken sub starter pack, it came in great use at the Barbie.
I got to drink a few from the pump.
Here's my impression being an experienced drinker.
Once it's chilled it's a lovely lager, you can taste the hops!
As with other brands brewed in the Netherlands and Belgium, it's brewed without adding chemicals
So you get a traditional lager with good slow carbonation, and a good head.
I buy 4 pack Heineken in cans normally as a refreshment, what I drank from the pump had a more in depth flavor, you have to drink it slow like a pilsner. With the cans you just slug them back.
I help to run a club, working behind the bar as well so I know my beers although we don't serve Heineken.
The next one I'm buying is Amstel, I'll see now that goes. After that I'll try the Austrian lager, once get the money together. After that, maybe Corona.
